Consideration for the original designs of the building, as well as the way a client lives or works, is incorporated into the design. 1. DESIGN CONSULTATION
Our initial consultation is an opportunity for us to discover more about you and your design goals, as well as your timelines and budgets. We work alongside you to develop an accurate brief, after which we personalise our fee proposal and estimated FF&E spend. If you decide to proceed, we will schedule an on-site visit to conduct a feasibility analysis and come up with a project budget.

2. PRESENTATION AND BRIEFING FF&E
We identify your key design preferences using our highly effective team approach to create a set of display ideas that define the key look and feel of the interior design plan, including lighting, hard materials, decor, soft furnishings, accessories, and the overall colour framework.

3. DEVELOPMENT OF INTERIOR DESIGN
This stage comprises of a detailed collection of interior design-related plans, elevations, segments, and detailed drawings, or the further development of drawings using a personally architectural CAD execution. The CAD package will include all of the information required to ensure that we accomplish an interior with an excellent standard of construction, installation, and finish that matches our concept level objectives. Our office creates the technical design for tender, as well as, if necessary, applications for building regulations approvals and specifications for the schedule of works. The tender pack provides all construction information.

4. SPECIFICATION OF FF&E PRODUCTS
Our team of experts will come up with a list of all FF&E needs for your interior area. We will acquire and specify all necessary finishes, hard materials, furniture, lighting, treatments for windows, soft furnishings, accessories, and other items. We will advise and obtain any third-party distributors and specialists as needed, and we will keep a live and fully costed FF&E schedule for your regular inspection and approval. We first concentrate on all hard materials and standard FF&E in order to feed this information into the construction tender procedure.

5. IMPLEMENTATION & PROCUREMENT
We design a procurement strategy with your builder or our in-house construction team, prioritise what is required on site when, and discover the lead times of all components so we can order in good time. This will begin with the hard materials needed for the construction and progress to the lighting, loose furniture, artwork, and soft furnishings. We visit the site of construction at crucial times to ensure that the architectural design is being followed correctly, and our drawings are updated with final FF&E components and sizings. If necessary, we also provide full project management services.

6. INSTALLATION OF FF&E
This is the final stage of the Interior Design process, as well as the completion of your build, when all of the aesthetically pleasing FF&E products arrive on site within a specific time frame. All of these things must be unpacked, examined, positioned, and, in some cases, assembled. These include objects such as loose furniture, decorative lighting, art, and decor items. Our designers keep a record of all things shipped as well as those that must be returned if damaged.
SERVICES & FEES
We provide a full interior design service for an affordable charge. On the interiors side, we provide competitively priced design costs as well as a 20% fixed purchasing margin (or procurement charge). We are entirely up front about our price and supplier list, and we frequently evaluate our market competitiveness. We know that for our level of skill and experience, we provide excellent value for money. We can do this since our interiors service is part of a larger range of services we provide.
On the other hand, we offer an hourly design cost. We can estimate how many hours we may need if we have a fair knowledge of the amount of work required (the range of tasks). If the scope of work expands or if there are complicating reasons that cause the hours to be consumed faster than expected, we will discuss this with you as soon as possible.
