The Laurels

The Laurels is a new-build residential development in Leicester, designed for modern family living.

Striking gable-fronted forms, large feature windows and a balanced mix of brick, render and dark cladding give the homes a bold but warm character. Glazing brings daylight deep into the plan, and layouts were kept practical for everyday family life, with durable materials chosen for long-term quality.
