The refurbishment of an existing industrial warehouse, upgrading the building’s appearance and creating better working space for day-to-day operations.

The external façade was improved to give the unit a cleaner, more modern look, and internal works created brighter, better organised office and circulation areas. Finishes were chosen to be durable and easy to maintain, suited to commercial and industrial use.
