Hachi BBQ

A design and build fit-out for Hachi BBQ, a contemporary Japanese barbecue restaurant in Soho. We worked closely with the client to turn their concept into a welcoming, practical restaurant.

Exposed brickwork, timber and dark metal detailing are balanced with careful lighting for an intimate, atmospheric room. Tables and booth seating were arranged to maximise covers while keeping circulation clear, with finishes chosen for durability in a busy kitchen-led operation.
