Haidilao Hot Pot

A design and build restaurant for Haidilao Hot Pot at the Bullring in Birmingham. The brief was a premium dining room for large numbers of guests inside a major shopping centre.

Natural stone, warm timber, metallic detailing and integrated lighting set a calm, sophisticated tone. Curved elements, bespoke joinery and feature lighting help guests move through a large floor plate, with separate dining zones and private areas. Design, construction and fit-out were delivered to the centre’s programme and landlord standards.
