Haidilao Hot Pot

A design and build restaurant for Haidilao Hot Pot at Piccadilly Circus, one of London’s most prominent dining locations. The restaurant needed to reflect a globally recognised brand and support very high customer numbers.

Warm timber, curved architectural forms, integrated lighting and bespoke feature elements give the interior a refined, contemporary feel. The plan balances seating efficiency with comfortable routes for guests and staff, in line with Haidilao’s service-led dining. The works were coordinated with the landlord and regulatory requirements of a busy central site.
