Haidilao Hot Pot

A design and build restaurant for Haidilao Hot Pot in Liverpool city centre. The aim was a premium, high-capacity hot pot restaurant that reflects the brand’s international standards.

A restrained palette of natural materials, warm timber and textured surfaces, with integrated lighting, creates a calm and welcoming room. Bespoke joinery and architectural detailing help define the dining areas, and the layout was planned around customer circulation, seating efficiency and staff workflow.
