A Japanese fine-dining restaurant for Ginza Onodera in St James’s. The interior reflects a brand known for heritage and craftsmanship, in one of London’s most prestigious districts.

Dark timber, bespoke lattice detailing, textured walls and carefully placed lighting create a calm, intimate dining room. Traditional Japanese principles were reinterpreted with modern construction, with close attention to proportion and materials. Mechanical, electrical and ventilation services were integrated discreetly to keep the interior uncluttered, and the restaurant was delivered as a design and build project.
