Haidilao Hot Pot

A design and build project for Haidilao Hot Pot in Madrid, one of our international projects. The interior was fully transformed into a refined, practical dining room to the brand’s global standards.

A neutral, elegant palette, bespoke joinery and integrated lighting balance a European feel with subtle references to the Haidilao brand. Seating, circulation and feature elements were planned as one continuous design, so the restaurant feels cohesive while working efficiently at busy times.
