Haidilao Hot Pot

A large design and build restaurant for Haidilao Hot Pot in Manchester’s historic Corn Exchange. The challenge was to bring a global brand into a landmark building while respecting its character.

A muted colour palette, natural materials, bespoke joinery and layered lighting work with the scale and heritage features of the existing spaces. The plan accommodates high numbers of guests while keeping comfort, privacy and efficient service across the dining zones.
